Invoice4Biz

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

1. Overview

Invoice4Biz ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to vendors who use the Invoice4Biz app and to their customers who receive or view invoices and estimates through the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: the business name, owner name, email address, phone number, and address you provide when you register. Document information: the client names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, line items, attachments, and notes you enter on invoices and estimates. Usage information: log data such as login times and basic app activity used to operate and secure the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to create and deliver invoices and estimates to your customers, to process payments you record, to send you service notifications (such as payment reminders you enable), to provide customer support, and to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

4. Customer-Facing Documents

When you send an invoice or estimate, Invoice4Biz generates a secure, unique link for that specific document. The link allows only the intended recipient to view that one document. A recipient cannot access your account, your other documents, or any other customer's documents. Recipients are not required to create an Invoice4Biz account to view a document sent to them.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to operate the Service (for example, with our hosting and email-delivery providers bound by confidentiality obligations), to comply with legal obligations, or to protect the rights and safety of Invoice4Biz and its users.

6. Data Security

Each business account's data is isolated to that account. Other vendors cannot see your business information, invoices, estimates, customers, or settings. Access to documents is protected by unique, per-document access tokens. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your documents or request account deletion at any time; we will remove your data in accordance with our retention schedule and applicable law.

8. Email Communications

Invoice4Biz sends invoice and estimate notifications through its own email-sending service. Vendors are not required to connect a personal email account (such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook) to send documents. Service emails may include payment reminders and document-delivery notices that you control from your settings.

9. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete the business information you have submitted to the Service. You can delete individual invoices, estimates, clients, and attachments from within the app. If you are a resident of certain regions, you may have additional legal rights regarding your personal data; contact us to exercise them.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using the Service you consent to such transfers in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the app and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

13. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact us through the Contact page in the app or at support@invoice4biz.com.
